The new Callaway Electric Cooperative corporate headquarters and operations center is located on 30 acres of a new 128 acre Callaway Energy Centre industrial park development. The CEC is developing the industrial park at the junction of US Highway 54 and State Road H, in Fulton, MO. As the first completed building in the development, the CEC will set the standard for energy efficiency and environmental consciousness for future tenants of the park. The single story facility includes approximately 30,000 SF of office, 10,000 SF of warehouse for storing and assembly of various electric components, 14 vehicle bays at 28,000 SF for storage of utility vehicles used daily, along with material and equipment storage of 5,050 SF and maintenance building of 5,650 SF. The project pursued and achieved LEED certification with the USGBC (only the 5th development site to earn the honor of a Missouri Certified Site). |
